It's been a year since I got injured, pains all over my body, but finally I got the courage to start again, went for a ride yesterday, a mild ride, and today I increase the time and the effort, feeling ok now, I got to wait and see if I'm totally fine. I'm optimistic and faith that those pains won't comeback again. There is nothing like going for a ride and refresh your mind, to think better and be ready for the next project.

A few years back I read a book, "Mornings Pages" The book is about artists that some how some way they got stuck in productivity, part of the book is about writing every morning 3 page within 10 minutes without taking a break, and by doing that it helps to overcome that barrier. I did it and I was amazed how much easier was brainstorming for a project. The exercise is to write a bout anything that comes to your mind in that exact moment, what happens is that our brain, which is constantly thinking, needs to drain all the thoughts, is like a storage room when there is no more room to place more stuff.
